Co-Ed Flag Football

Our core offering is a co-ed flag football program. The games are played with five players on each side. Players rotate through various positions in games and throughout the season, and all players are encouraged to try each position (including quarterback). Coaches are focused on developing all the core football skills, including passing, catching, running, dodging and flag pulling, as well as offensive and defensive strategies.
Flag football rewards speed, agility, skill and teamwork. The field is 60-65 yards in lengh and there are five players playing on each team at any given time. Total team size averages ten to twelve players per team, and players are rotated in and out of the game every 3-4 plays.
